RETURN POLICY:
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
  • All discounted items are final sale.
  • Consumer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
  • We will not accept returns from third party vendors or any purchases made not from Selfesteemclothing.com

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • To begin a return authorization please email us at ecom@selfesteemclothing.com and we will contact you back within 24-48 hours
  • Please know that in order to qualify for a refund you must receive authorization. Shipping returns before receiving an authorization may result in items being shipped back without a refund
  • Once the return has been authorized, pack item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
  • Include your original invoice included in your package, a copy of the invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order.
  • List on the form what items you are returning, and mail to this address with the shipper of your choice: 1515 Gage Road, Attn: Ecommerce, Montebello, CA 90640
  • When received at our warehouse, you will be refunded (within 30 days) for the item(s) and sent a confirmation email.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order.
  • Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
  • We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your refund.
